Get Fit Program

Our Get Fit Program offers sessions created to help participants achieve their weight loss and fitness goals through intensive, total body workout routines, nutrition plans, and an online community to help keep you on track and motivated.

Current Fitness Session Commitment options include 4-day, 3-day, and 1-day workout plans.
Weekday sessions are held from 7:30pm – 8:15pm. Sunday session is held from 7:30am to 8:15am.

  • 4 DAYS PER WEEK – Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Sunday *
  • 3 DAYS PER WEEK – Monday, Wednesday & Friday
  • 1 DAY PER WEEK – Sunday Only
